PropulSell — AI-powered listings for resellers

1. Who We Are

PropulSell ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered tool that helps resellers create professional product listings. Our registered office is in Paris, France. For any questions regarding this policy, contact us at privacy@propulsell.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect:

Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.

Photos you upload: images of clothing items you submit for AI processing. These are processed temporarily and deleted from our servers within 24 hours unless you explicitly save them.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device type — collected via analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) to improve the product.

Billing data: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Communications: any messages you send us via email or support chat.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

Provide and improve the PropulSell service.

Process your uploaded photos through our AI models.

Send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, support).

Analyse product usage in aggregate to improve features.

Comply with legal obligations.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties, and we do NOT use your photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For EU/EEA users, we process your data under the following legal bases:

Contract performance: processing your photos and generating listings.

Legitimate interests: product analytics and fraud prevention.

Consent: marketing communications (opt-in only).

Legal obligation: tax records and compliance.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded photos: deleted within 24 hours after generation, unless saved to your account.

Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.

Billing records: 7 years (legal obligation).

Analytics data: 26 months (Vercel Analytics default).

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Stripe – payment processing

Vercel – hosting and analytics

OpenAI / our AI provider – image processing (no data retained by them beyond the API call)

Legal authorities – only when required by law

All sub-processors are contractually bound to GDPR-compliant data handling.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR (and applicable laws), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you

Correct inaccurate data

Delete your account and associated data

Export your data in a portable format

Object to processing or withdraw consent

Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

Exercise these rights by emailing privacy@propulsell.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, regular security audits, and strict internal access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@propulsell.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of PropulSell after that date constitutes acceptance.
